Decalibration, abnormal temperatures, and other factors may result in reduced accuracy. Example: measurements of spaces like patio, porch, or closet, which are open spaces, small or hard to reach might increase discrepancy)
Regular floor plan is based on on-site measurements, we will schedule an appointment first and drawings are done by professional technicians. The regular floor plans are more accurate than Matterport generated floor plans.
