Houssmax provide branding tour and non-branding tour links to our clients. The ONLY difference about the branding tour and non-branding tour is: Branding link shows the agent profile, such as agent pictures, contact information, etc., but the Non-branding link does not.
Some regional real estate boards (Such as TREB) do not allow agents to add their contact information in the third party virtual tour links in MLS database, so agents under those real estate boards must use Non-branding virtual tour links when they edit the listings in MLS. However, the Branding Tour can be used on agents’ personal website or blog, social media accounts and maybe some other websites, such as Kijiji.ca, homefinder.ca, etc. The branding tour link brings more exposure of the agent in the public.
Notice:
If you have never added your profile in your account, then the Branding link will be shown as same as Non-branding link. You need to login to your account and add the agent profile to make the branding tour work properly.
