Refresh the page (sometimes internet connection might affect the quality and speed of loading virtual tour);

Try another internet explorer;

Clear cache/ browsing history from internet explorer and refresh the page;

  1. On your computer, open internet explorer.
  2. At the top right, click More .
  3. Click More tools Clear browsing data.
  4. At the top, choose a time range.
  5. Check the boxes which you prefer to clear browsing data
  6. Click Clear data.
