Refresh the page (sometimes internet connection might affect the quality and speed of loading virtual tour);
Try another internet explorer;
Clear cache/ browsing history from internet explorer and refresh the page;
- On your computer, open internet explorer.
- At the top right, click More .
- Click More tools Clear browsing data.
- At the top, choose a time range.
- Check the boxes which you prefer to clear browsing data
- Click Clear data.
