It really depends.

Based on our past experience, here are some of our suggestions:

1. For a 1/1+1 bedroom condo/apartment:

HDR Photos: 20-25 HDR photos including amenities and building photos.

Motion Video: 60 ~90 seconds should be OK, longer video will be uninviting and make viewer lose attention.

2. For a 2+ bedrooms condo or apartment:

HDR Photos: : 25-30 HDR photos for suite; if you want to have amenities and building photos, then order 30 or more photos.

Motion Video: 90 seconds should be OK, longer video will be uninviting and make viewer lose patience.

3. Townhouse, small detached houses (less than 2500 sqft):

HDR Photos: 25-30 HDR photos

Motion Video: 90~120 seconds should be OK, longer video will be uninviting and make viewer lose patience.

4. Detached houses (2500~3500 sqft):

HDR Photos: 30~40 HDR photos

Motion Video: 90~120 seconds should be OK, longer video will be uninviting and make viewer lose patience.

5. Detached houses (3500~5000 sqft):

HDR Photos: 40~50 HDR photos

Motion Video: 120~240 seconds, longer video will be uninviting and make viewer lose patience.

6. Detached houses (more than 5000 sqft):

HDR Photos: 45~60 HDR photos

Motion Video: 240~300 seconds, longer video will be uninviting and make viewer lose patience.
