To have a 3D Matterport model to be transferred to a client’s account, we simply need the client’s own existing account with Matterport (the email address associated with the client’s Matterport account).

Once you have your own Matterport account set up, please email us at [email protected] and make the space transfer request with the registered account email.

Please note: there’s a chance you may pay different fees directly through Matterport, and once we transfer the 3D Tour we would no longer be able to help you troubleshoot any issues (instead you can contact Matterport’s support team directly).
